Ray has a career that spans British TV and cinema, ranging from
'The Knack and How to Get It' (1965), right through to the voice of 'Mr Benn' - via 'Cathy Come Home', 'Coronation Street', 'Eastenders',
'Carry on Cleo' and 'Dixon of Dock Green'. He is well known to Who fans as 'David' in 'Daleks: Invasion Earth 2150AD'.
