Doctor Who Weekly: Issue No. 1 Tom Baker Magazine Marvel Comics Released: 1979 Cost: 12p This was the first ever DW Weekly dated 17th October 1979. Now many of us may not be able to remember what we did last Wednesday but I bet you this date is well remembered. Priced 12p, I remember seeing this new magazine very well! Question is - where are the transfers?	Doctor Who Weekly: Issue No. 2 Tom Baker Magazine Marvel Comics Released: 1979 Cost: 12p This is edition number 2 of the DW Weekly. Yes it came back the next week and it had more transfers. The 8 year olds amongst us were having fun. Still 12p and dated the 24th October 1979.

Priced at 12p this was, sadly, the very last time you could buy a weekly Doctor Who magazine on a Thursday. The weekly would return in September with issue 44. However this time DWW would be now known as DWM...
